Yoga Tune Up is a practice that can be described as "Conscious Fitness", aiming at reducing pain, improving posture, and enhancing performance, using yoga postures, strength exercises, massage therapy balls and breathing techniques. We will cover various facts about the body and movement, and we will move through a full body exploration using those techniques.
