With a private class you have the opportunity to work on what you want to focus on, with a class tailored to your needs, and the teacher's full attention to assist you through your practice. You can work more efficiently towards your goals, from building a meditation practice to working towards handstand, and everything in between.
You will find changes in your practice and notice improvements faster than in a group class.
