My mission is to support your journey of self-inquiry;
by guiding you to feel and understand your body through movement,
to feel your body in space and in relation to itself,
to notice your ever-present breath,
and to invite space where you can sit with yourself.
I see the practice of yoga as a pilgrimage with no clear destination. The whole practice focuses on where you are now - everyday, every moment - while you sit in silence, work through a busy day, or challenge yourself physically.
It's about noticing, feeling, listening, and reacting consciously.
It's about cultivating patience, and savouring every step along the way.
